Aiei Sangyo, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) recognizes that the proper handling and protection of personal information, which is an important right and interest, in its activities is part of its corporate social responsibility. In keeping with this recognition, the Company shall observe all laws and regulations pertaining to personal information obtained from its customers, transaction partners, employees, and other parties. In addition, it has determined the basic policy on protection of personal information noted below, and shall tighten knowledge of the same among all employees and concerned parties while striving to maintain and improve in-house systemic arrangements for and approaches to protection of personal information on an ongoing basis.
The Company shall acquire personal information upon specification of the purpose of its use as far as possible and receipt of consent from the concerned parties. In addition, this acquisition shall be within the scope required for attainment of the stated purpose, and through means that are both lawful and appropriate.
The Company shall utilize personal information only within the scope of the stated purpose of use.
Without due reason, such as provision required by law or in accordance with circulars or instructions from public administrative authorities, the Company shall not provide any personal information to any third party without the consent of the person in question.
The Company shall implement proper security measures to guard against risks such as improper access to, and loss, destruction, falsification, and leakage of, personal information.
The Company shall educate and train employees and other parties in handling of personal information, and shall provide for rigorous protection of personal information through in-house monitoring and other measures.
In the event that the person in question seeks disclosure, revision, deletion, or other handling of the personal information acquired by the Company, the Company shall take proper action within a reasonable and requisite scope.
The Company shall comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and all other laws, regulations, standards, and guidelines pertaining to personal information.
