Meticulous inspection based on a double-check system and measuring devices
To assure quality, Aiei Sangyo began using 3D measurement devices at an early date in order to handle products with complicated shapes. These devices can make accurate measurements of even items with complicated shapes and confirm conformance with drawings. We also constructed a more solid system for quality control by tightening quality control in each process and having the Quality Control Section make checks. We are also bolstering training, as exemplified by our regular staging of meetings to announce cases of action for improved quality.
Mass production with uniform quality to meet customer wants and needs is nothing less than our mission. We have made full arrangements to fulfill it and are doing all we can to achieve results that completely satisfy customers without loss.
